He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil D. Meeks and Novella Garrison Meeks; his former wife Ann Meeks; and his wife Elsie Meeks. He is survived by: his children, Linda Hitchcock (Bill) of Loveland, CO, Angela Gajarski (Tom) of Bailey, CO, Evelyn Jeffcoat of Clayton, NC and Barry "Butch" Weaver (Teresa) of Florida; and his grandchildren, Henry Hitchcock of Loveland, CO, Randy Jeffcoat, Jr. (Brittany), Caitlin Gajarski, Pamela Jeffcoat (Issac Lambert), Krystal Crawford (Josh) and Kimberly Strickland (Brian). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
