He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Lee, Sr. and Vauda Hoggard Parker; and his brothers, Wayne and Leslie Parker. He is survived by: his wife Judith Edwards Parker; his daughters, Hope Eure (Andy) of Williamston, NC and Lori Smith (Ricky) of Ahoskie, NC; his grandchildren, Stephen Eure, Meredith Eure and Gage Smith; and his brothers, Bailey Parker of Kelford, NC and Sterling Parker. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
