He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Mizzelle Whitley. He is survived by: his father Donald Whitley of Suffolk, VA; his wife Jamie Walker Whitley; and his daughter Megan Branch (John) of Winton, NC. He is also survived by three grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
