We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2025, at the age of 72, Talmadge Baker Forehand (Ahoskie, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Talmadge Baker Forehand, Sr. and Leona Gibson Forehand; and his grandson Elias Maddox Forehand. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Burden Forehand; his children, Joseph Forehand (LaVonda) of Colerain and Jennifer Farmer (Lee) of Aulander; his grandson Braeden Hair (Kali) of Colerain; his great grandchild Mylah Hair; his brother Carl Forehand (Pam) of Macclesfield, NC; his nephew Donald Forehand (Emily) of Macclesfield, NC; his niece Carla Austin (Derek) of Elm City, NC; and his cousin Chris Forehand (Brianna) of Colerain.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service - Ahoskie Chapel (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colerain Baptist Church (202 N Main St, Colerain, NC 27924). A graveside service was held on Sunday, February 2nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Colerain Baptist Church Cemetery (202 N Main St, Colerain, NC 27924).
