It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sylvia Roque of Ahoskie, North Carolina, born in Suffolk, Virginia, who passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Babb and Elizabeth Smith Babb. She is survived by: her son Michael Wilson of Windsor, VA; and her sisters, Nancy Allen of Portsmouth, VA and Cheryl Johnson of Suffolk, VA. She is also survived by grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.
