He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Jennifer Phipps (Jenna) of High Point, Ronnie Phipps II (Melissa) of Lexington, Candice Phipps of High Point, Jo Ann Babb (Tim) of Roanoke Rapids, Charles Keeter (Mary) of Wasilla, AK, Travis Keeter (Chrystal) of Emporia and John Keeter (Karen) of Edenton; his grandchildren, Meadow Anne Phipps, Madyson Pait, Zachary Phipps (Ali), Nevaeh Phipps, Kaydence Phipps, Isaiah Shoffner, Trace Robinson, Matthew Babb, Crissy Babb, William Keeter (Jessica), Ashley Keeter (Andrew), Travis Wayne Keeter, Jr., Amber Aerni (Ryan), Paula Britt (Josh), Kevin Keeter, Stephen Keeter (Sydney), Philip Keeter and Sean Keeter; his great grandchildren, Ember Keeter, Archer Keeter, Ayden Keeter, Asher Keeter, Jaxon Keeter and Kimber Aerni; his siblings, Faye Phipps Jenkins (Joe) of Milwaukee, NC and Keith Phipps (Cathy) of Aulander; his brother-in-law John Morris (Glenda); and his niece Peggy Aston (Teddy). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
