He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Futrell; his children, Micheal Lee Evans (Tammy) and Mary Ann Ledford (Donald); his grandchildren, Christopher Allen Jernigan, Melissa Ann Jernigan, Carlos Gregorio Esquivel and Micheal Chase Evans; his great grandchildren, Zachary Jernigan, Brody Jernigan and Harlen Saturday; and his siblings, Dale Mulder, Bonnie Johnson, Bernard Evans and Donnie Evans.
