He was predeceased by: his parents, Little Linwood Lassiter and Helen Lassiter Lassiter; and his wife Frances "Fruzzie" Terry Lassiter. He is survived by: his son Brent Lassiter (Amy) of Courtland, VA; his granddaughters, Holly Ratchford, Bethany Melcher (James) and Courtney Vinson; his great grandchildren, Madi, Myles, Mason and Daphne; and his wife's child Carroll Ward Jr. (Amy). He is also survived by his family and friends.
