He is survived by: his wife Alberta Silver Maldonado of Ahoskie, NC; his children, Pedro, Jr. (Maria) of Blythewood, SC, Nathaniel of Spotsylvania, VA, Violet Beasley (Clarence) of Ahoskie, NC and Christina M. Smith (Marion) of Mosley, VA; and his sister Elena. He is also survived by grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, in laws other relatives and friends.
