She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Lee Humphlett, Sr. and Gladys Winslow Humphlett; her husband Jerry Wayne White, Sr.; and her brother Walter Lee Humphlett, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Laure Ann Matthews of Newport Richey, FL, Jerry Wayne White, Jr. (Lois) of Elizabeth City, Charles Franklin White of Glen Allen, VA and Marvin Douglas White (Meghan) of Ahoskie; her grandchildren, Katie Myrick, Jason White, Daniel Jay White, Nathan Matthews, Luke Matthews, Reese White and Mara White; and her great grandchildren, Sophia White, Stella, Hudson, Lincoln, Lorelei Myrick, Alyssa White, Charles Jay White, Wyatt, Austin Matthews and Rylan Prescott.
