She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Everette and Mary Everette of Northampton County; her husband Robert Lee Dickens Sr. Ozella; her daughter Delores Dickens; her sisters, Mary Daye, Edith Parker and Dorothy Singleton; and also Irvin Everette.
She is survived by: her children, Gwen Beale, Deborah Long, Ingrid Everett, Phillip Dickens and Robert Dickens. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; siblings; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
