She is survived by: her son Raleigh Shoulders Jr. of Suffolk; her grandsons, Bjorn Shoulders and Lamar Lewis; and her nieces, Barbara Matthews of Accokeek, MD, Dr. Mary W, Henderson of Baltimore and Teresa W. Watford of Ahoskie, NC. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
