She was predeceased by: her parents, Cliff Galloway and Edna Tillery Galloway; her husband Walter C. Francis; her son Clark Francis; and her siblings, Ellen Vann, Estelle Vann and Leon Galloway.
She is survived by: her sons, W. Keith Francis (Elizabeth) of Sedley, VA and Brian Francis (Janet) of Murfreesboro; her grandchildren, Walt Francis, Brandon Francis (Lauren), Justin Francis (Kelly) and Sarah Francis; her great grandchildren, Mason Clark Francis and Addison Blair Francis; and her sister Frances Edwards of Ahoskie. She is also survived by her family and friends.
