He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Fennell and Virginia Manley Fennell; his wife Nellie Harrell Fennell; his sons, Keith Fennell and Larry Fennell, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Alex Fennell, Devonte, Dominique Fennell, Makailah F. Bennett (Brian) and Linda Fennell. He was also cherished by two sisters in law; two brother in laws and a host of other relatives and friends.
