He was predeceased by: his father Anthony Clark. He is survived by: his mother Belinda Slade of Ahoskie, NC; his children, A'promise Slade of Seaboard, NC, Cherish Slade of Franklin, VA, Adore Slade of Franklin, VA, Kwonia Slade of Seaboard, NC and Altaria Slade of Asheville, NC; and his siblings, Balitra (Slade), Katris Clark of Atlanta, GA, Tatia Clark of Rocky Mount, NC, Carlos Slade of Aulander, NC, Anthony "Tony" Clark, Jr. of Newport News, VA and Eddie Clark of Rocky Mount, NC. He is also survived by two grandchildren; eight aunts; one uncle; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
