She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Everett and Lucy Burkett Shoulars; her spouse K. P. Barber; and her brothers, George Shoulars and Everett Shoulars.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna Jane Barber of Lawrenceville, GA, Linda B. Creech (Will) of Prospect, KY and Kay B. Evans (Jim Robertson) of Chocowinity, NC; and her grandsons, Kenneth Lloyd Creech and Jeffrey Barber Creech of Louisville, KY.. She is also survived by grandmother, with her two grandsons.
