She is survived by: her siblings, Betty Watkins of Paterson, NJ and William Peele, Sr. (Roberta) of Paterson, NJ; and her children, Judith, Dennis Barnes (Annie) of Aulander, NC, James "Poddie" Powell (LaShonda) of Aulander, NC, Troy Powell of Aulander, NC, Brian "Neal" Powell of Aulander, NC, Delores "PeeWee" Powell (Walter) of Aulander, NC, Carolyn Futrell (Earl) of Ahoskie, NC and Marie Futrell (Roger) of Aulander, NC. She is also survived by "grandchildren" nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
