We are sad to announce that on May 11, 2020, at the age of 78, Joyce Rawls Williams (Ahoskie, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Estelle Rawls and Ernest Rawls; her husband Roger Vann Williams; her sister Viola Rawls Glover; and her brother-in-law David Glover.
She is survived by: her brother Ernest Stanton Rawls of Rich Square, NC; and her sisters-in-law, Fannie W. Casper of Millennium, NC and Ann W. Lincoln of Charlotte, NC.
Due to the circumstances with COVID-19 restrictions, family and friends may pay their respects and sign the register book on Wednesday, May 13, 2020 from 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm at Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service – Ahoskie Chapel, Ahoskie, NC.
