He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Spivey; his daughters, Shantoria Spivey of Ahoskie, NC and Tomeka Holloman of Ahoskie, NC; and his brothers, Leroy Spivey (Gloria) of Aulander, NC, David Spivey (Mildred) of Woodland, NC and Richard Spivey (Elaine) of Ahoskie, NC. He is also survived by five grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
