She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Messer Outland and Janet Harrell Outland; and her siblings, Michael Outland, Bonnie Outland Acuff and Jane Outland DeSomma.
She is survived by: her sisters, Rae Taylor (Steve) of Woodland, NC, Kay Outland of Woodland, NC and Janet Leigh Outland of Woodland, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
