We are sad to announce that on February 20, 2018, at the age of 68, Joe Spicer (Ahoskie, North Carolina), born in Elkin, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parent Sam Spicer; and his sisters, Elizabeth Holbrook and Christine Greene. He is survived by: his parent Connie Spicer; his wife Beverly Ann Rose Spicer; his sister Brenda Hardy (Alvin); and also Matthew Spicer (Kelly) of Winterville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to First Baptist Church, P.O. Box 649; or to Vidant Hospice, 521 W. Myers Street, both in Ahoskie, NC 27910.
