He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Lafayette Wagner and Eula Pearl Strickland Wagner; his siblings, Robert Wagner and Rebecca Wagner; and his nieces, April Wagner and Emily Wagner.
He is survived by: his son Jason Wagner (Benjamin Philipp) of New York City; his siblings, Betty Barham of Rocky Cross, Joseph Wagner (Carol) of Pinnacle, NC, Jerry Wagner of Rocky Cross and Russell Wagner (Glenda) of Chatham, VA; his nephews, Donald Barham (Lindsey), Justin Wagner (Kayla) and Robert Murray; and his niece Christell Collins. He is also survived by his family and friends.
