He was predeceased by: his father John A. Outlaw, Sr.. He is survived by: his girlfriend Sandra Slade of Merry Hill, NC; his siblings, John A. Outlaw, Jr. (Florine) of Merry Hill, NC, Gary Outlaw (Emma) of Merry Hill, NC, Curtis Outlaw (Terry) of Edenton, NC, Elaine Capehart (Willie) of Merry Hill, NC and Joyce Outlaw of Edenton, NC; and his aunts, Rosa Wright and Luella Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
