It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janie Victoria Outlaw (Ahoskie, North Carolina), who passed away on May 3, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Outlaw and Billie Rice Outlaw. She is also survived by five grandchildren, one of which was her care giver.
