He was predeceased by: his father James C. Reid. He is survived by: his son ShyQuon A. Blount of Spring Hope, NC; and his sisters, Jacqueline Reid (Ernest) of Murfreesboro, NC, Cynthia Reid of Norfolk, VA, Ella Sessoms (George) of Ahoskie, NC, Jeanette Meekins of Norfolk, VA and Elmor Chamblee of Ahoskie, NC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends.
