She is survived by: her husband Charlie Savage of Ahoskie, NC; her children, Pamela Newsome (Rodney) of Zebulon, NC, Angela Elliott of Gates, NC and Douglas Freeman (Tyra Washington) of Eure, NC; her mother Minnie Boone of Ahoskie, NC; and her siblings, Ethelene Boone of Ahoskie, NC, Deborah Lee, Thomas Boone (Latasha) of Richmond, VA, Dennis Boone (Jeryl) of Chesterfield, VA and Carl Ray Boone (Mattie). She is also survived by grandchildren; (14) great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
