He is survived by: his sister Linda Marie Outlaw of Millennium; his children, Hal Chris Outlaw of Hickory, Lorna Wynne Outlaw Bateman (Douglas) of Gastonia and Natasha Leah Outlaw of Mars Hill; his grandchildren, Nick, Lauren, Sebastian, Savannah, John and Mallory; and his great grandchildren, Salem and Rylan.
