He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda Bailey Futrell. He is survived by: his father Greer Martin Futrell; his pet Bailey; his stepmother Sheriel; his brothers, Greer Martin "Marty" Futrell Jr. (Angela) of Murfreesboro and Travis Lee Futrell of Murfreesboro; his stepbrothers, Keith Vaughan (Elaine) of Murfreesboro and David Vaughan (April) of Murfreesboro; his children, Matthew Futrell of Franklin, VA, Kaylan Dixon (Scott) of Roanoke Rapids and Caroline Futrell of Greenville, NC; and his grandson Cole of Roanoke Rapids.
