He is survived by: his wife Vivian Leggett; his daughters, Lori Stocks Lunsford (Ricky) and Amy Stocks Bryant (Phillip); his grandchildren, Jason Ray (Jandara) of Colerain, NC, Brandon Hall (Becky) of Ahoskie, NC, Braxton Hall (Monica) of Canton, NC, Jeremy Bryant of Waynesville, NC and Christen Pittman (Tavaris) of Rocky Mount, NC.; his sister Pearl White (Reddick) of Windsor; and his stepdaughters, Debbie Peele (Shelton) of Jamesville, NC. and Rita Martin (Ricky) of Jamesville, NC.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Garrett-Sykes Funeral Service (205 NC-42, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, December 19th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Ahoskie Cemetery (1500 1st St E, Ahoskie, NC 27910).
