It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evora Raynor Lee (Ahoskie, North Carolina), who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Raynor and Clara Watson; her close friend Henry Frazier; and her siblings, Essie Davis, Bessie Cherry, Mary Farmer, James Raynor, Willie Raynor and William O. Perry Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Monica Lee, Henrietta Lassiter (Joseph), Louvenia Lee and Henry F. Lee; her grandchildren, Whitney Lassiter, Ashley Lassiter, Taurus Lassiter and Joseph Lassiter Jr.; her great grandchildren, Whitten Lassiter and Charmaine Lassiter; and her siblings, Hattie Perry and Wendell Perry. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
