She is survived by: her children, Patricia Mizelle Hughes (Charles) of Cofield, NC, Betty Mizelle Phillips (Rodger) of Wake Forest, NC and Louis Mizelle Jr. (Gayle) of Chapel Hill, NC; her grandchildren, Scott Phillips (Julia) of Dunn, NC, Leigh Hughes Healy (Joe Healey) of New Bern, NC and Mandy Mizelle Norris (Janelle Norris) of Durham, NC; and her great grandchildren, Jack Hughes, Stephen Healy, Ben Healy, Liam Norris, Cooper Phillips and Marlei Phillips.
