He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mills and Ethel Copeland Mills. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn H. Mills; his children, Michelle Allen (Charles) of Hephzibah, GA. and Antoine Millls (Gloria) of El Paso, TX; his siblings, Jewel Bell (Michael) of Conyers, GA and Linwood MIlls (Barbara) of Portsmouth, VA; his aunts, Marilyn Paige (Vincent) of Hampton, VA, Lilian Copeland of Portsmouth, VA and Mary Copeland of Norman, OK; and his uncle Eugene Jones of Portsmouth, VA. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
