He is survived by: his wife Elsie Howell of Jackson; and his children, Velma Ann Branch of Lewiston, Franklin Dyerl Howell of Louisburg, Bonnie Hamson (Duane) of Gaston, Betty Wolfe (Kem) of Lewiston, Gloria Robinson (Dickie) of Lewiston, David Howell (Missy) of Windsor, NC and Lynn Johnson (Andy) of Lewiston. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
