He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Burke and Rosa Smith Burke. He is survived by: his wife Mana Burke; and his children, Rhonda Lomax of Laurel, MD and Baron Burke (Lisa) of Fredrick, MD. He is also survived by grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
