She is survived by: her husband James Thomas; her children, Deborah Bland Plumb (Kevin) of Burlington, NC and John Sherwood Bland (Carlin "Cricket") of Burlington, NC; her grandchildren, John Roman Byrd of Graham, NC and Megan Elizabeth Bland of Graham, NC; and her great grandchild Levi Jack Collins. She is also survived by sister.
