He is survived by: his wife Emma Moore; his stepchildren, Willie Jr. Deloatch (Iris) of Ahoskie, Steve Deloatch of Greensboro, NC, Barbara King (Parrish) of Ahoskie, Velma Jenkins of Ahoskie, Joseph Deloatch (Jackie) of Asheboro, Ricky Deloatch (Margaret) of Germany and Shenita Alfred (Andre) of Ahoskie, NC; and his siblings, Wateman Moore, Joseph Moore of Philadelphia, PA and Hattie Moore of Burlington, NJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
