She was predeceased by: her parents, Mike Riddick and Hattie Cross Riddick. She is survived by: her husband Keith Trotman; her daughters, Kristy Davis (Tacoma) of Durham, NC and Adrianne Trotman-Lassiter (Michael) of Durham, NC; and her sisters, Mary F. Jordan of Gates, NC, Dorothy White of Durham, NC, Barbara Parker (John) of Hillsborough, NC and Mattie Briscoe of Gates, NC. She is also survived by six grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hunter's Funeral Home - Ahoskie (123 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Dr N, Ahoskie, NC 27910). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Upper Room Assembly of God (807 Main St, Gatesville, NC 27938).
