He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Crackus and Clemma Ward Copeland; his wife Sue Cochran Copeland; and his siblings, Joyce, Marian, Ida Margaret, Estes and LaVerne.
He is survived by: his children, Ann Cooke (Bryant) of Murfreesboro and Alan Copeland of Utica, NY; his grandchildren, Harrison Cuthbert Revelle (Casey) of Murfreesboro, Leslie Revelle Lawrence (Austin) of Colerain, Samantha Copeland Miskic (Veldin) of Cape Coral, FL and Stephanie Rae Copeland of Utica, NY; and his great grandchildren, Graham Charles Lawrence, Bracy Harold Lawrence, Alyssa Pearl Revelle, Daren Charles Miskic and Lukas Dean Miskic.
