He is survived by: his wife Violet Maldonado Beasley; and his children, Kevin O'Neal, Wayne Maldonado of Columbia, SC, Pamela Louise Boone of Springfield, MA and Kathleen Toliver (Tony) of Columbia, SC. He is also survived by four grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.
