He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oscar Manley and Cora Emma Scott Manley. He is survived by: his children, Michelle M. Davis (Bobby) of Atlanta, GA, Yvette, Kim Manley (Derek) of Atlanta, GA, Clarence Manley, Jr. (Chandra) of Covington, GA and Anthony; and his siblings, John T. Manley of Wilmington, NC, Rommie Manley of Ahoskie, NC and Willie Mae Walker. He is also survived by grandchildren; (3) great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
