With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Sherwood Willoughby of Ahoskie, North Carolina, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on August 20, 2024 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel H. Willoughby and Annie Pauline Willoughby; his wife Patricia Anne "Patsy" Willoughby; and his children, Jody Willoughby-Pesch and Patrick M. Willoughby.

He is survived by: his daughter Terry Bjornson (Douglas); and his grandchildren, Nicholas Frame, Jesse Frame, Steven Frame and Samantha Koch. He is also survived by ten Great Grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to either Alzheimer's Association or Waters Memorial United Methodist Church.
