She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. Steimle and Elizabeth "Lib" Jenkins Steimle Nelson; her husband Phillip Hughes Parker; and her brother Bert Steimle. She is survived by: her son Robert Hughes Parker (Maureen Parker) of Raleigh; and her grandchildren, Emery Grace Parker and Camden Hughes Parker. She is also survived by her family and friends.
