He was predeceased by: his father Carlton Wayne Foskey, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his daughter Carolyn Foskey of Ahoskie, NC.; his mother Linda Hill of Ahoskie; his uncle Herman Hoggard; his aunts, Nancy Hoggard (Therman) of Windsor, Ruth Vann of Ahoskie and Delores Brown (Jimmy) of Aulander; his cousins, Vann Willoughby (Lisa) of Ahoskie, Frankie Willoughby, Jr. of Ahoskie, Linda Farmer (Clayton) of Ahoskie and Marie Byrd of Ahoskie; his parents-in-law, Dean and Donna Smith; and also, Hugh Vann and Edna Willoughby.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to assist with final expenses.
