He was predeceased by: his parent Sam Spicer; and his sisters, Elizabeth Holbrook and Christine Greene. He is survived by: his parent Connie Spicer; his wife Beverly Ann Rose Spicer; his sister Brenda Hardy (Alvin); and also Matthew Spicer (Kelly) of Winterville.
