She was predeceased by: her husband James Donald Bell, Sr.; her son James Donald Bell, Jr.; and her sisters, Lois Clark and Mattie Daughtry. She is survived by: her children, Catherine Bell of Ahoskie, Wanda Bell Perry (Donnis) of Ahoskie, John Bell (Kirsten) of Fredericksburg, VA and David Bell (Ellen) of Ahoskie; her grandchildren, Alyssa Bell, Amanda Feher (Ricky) and Jim Perry; her great grandchildren, Alli Feher and Abby Feher; and her siblings, Freddie, Richard McKeel and Ethelene Hoggard.
