She is survived by: her parents, Glenda Ballance Simmons of Aulander, NC and Alvin Simmons (Iris) of Roxobel, NC; and her daughters, Angeliek Burke, Giniya Simmons, Ta'Zaria Nichols, Leela Nichols and Alana Nichols. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Reynolds Funeral Home Chapel (321 Maple St N, Ahoskie, NC 27910).
