It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Acie T. Lassiter (Ahoskie, North Carolina), who passed away on April 5, 2019, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Rosetta P. Lassiter; his sons, Michael Lassiter (Charmine) of Murfreesboro, NC, Acie T. Lassiter, Jr. (Brenda) of Bronx, NY, Charles Lassiter of Bronx, NY and Steven Wilson (Valeria) of Richmond, VA; his siblings, Mary Harmon of Ahoskie, NC, Everett Lassiter (Juanita) of Ahoskie, NC, Herbert V. Lassiter (Evelyn) of Ahoskie, NC and Northern D. Lassiter of Ahoskie, NC; and his sister-in-law Magalene Lassiter of Gates, NC. He was also cherished by grandchildren; (6) great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
