He is survived by: his wife Frances Fulton; his children, Darrell Fulton (Shawnee Thompson), Kimberly Fulton Reavis and Tammy Whittington (Rodney); his brother Dallas Dezern (Lynda); his grandchildren, Lee Fulton (Tiffany), Chelsea Duncan (Lincoln), Alexandria Reavis (Noah), Addison Reavis, Ayden Martin, Madison Whittington, Olivia Whittington and Chyenne Bowling; and his great grandchildren, Nathaniel Duncan and Kylee Fulton.
