He is survived by: his siblings, Aileen Melton, Lunette Paris and Walter Towery (Barbara); his sons, William Michael Towery (Judy) and Noah Scott Towery (Kim); his grandchildren, Sandi Graham (Blease), Mollie Downey (Neel), Laura Capps (Matt), Ben Towery, Jacob Towery and Jessica Towery; his great grandchildren, Cole, Scott, Michael Graham, Emma, Everly Downey, Solomon, Ruby and Abby Capps; and his close friend James Harper.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Center Grove Baptist Church in Clemmons.
