He was predeceased by: his father Walter Spencer. He is survived by: his sisters, Rebecca Sullivan and Arlene Neal (Terry); and his nieces and nephews, Karen Arlene Neal, Stephen Spencer Chalfa (Rheannon), Melissa Neal Stein (Drew), Gabriel Karr Chalfa, Andrew Eugene Neal (Amy), Patrica Elaine Neal, Emily Anne Neal and Paul Spencer Neal. He is also survived by many cousins and extended family.
